Senior ITBP Specialist (SAP SD)

We are looking for an Senior ITBP Specialist – SAP SD to join our IT team in Ho Chi Minh City.

In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology solutions, working closely with business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to improve business processes and SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and recommend appropriate system solutions.
• Analyze system changes and their potential business impact; participate in solution design and implementation.
• Work closely with IT development teams, vendors, and business users on system design, testing, and implementation.
• Act as the key interface between business units, IT, and support teams.
• Support user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Perform Quality Assurance and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Participate in other IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Analysis, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, IT Specialist, or in a similar role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD.
• Experience with SAP FI and/or MM is a plus.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience in software development and deployment is a plus.
• Experience in Quality Assurance / system testing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good teamwork, organization, and project issue-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across different functions.
