Senior IT Support Specialist (HCM & Hanoi)

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support to provide end-user support and handle infrastructure troubleshooting, including network and server-related issues.

Responsibilities

IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Handle and resolve IT support requests related to hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and escalate to relevant IT teams when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors until issues are resolved.
• Provide onsite support for offices and stores when required.

Infrastructure Support

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, switches, and basic firewall issues.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Server.
• Support basic server hardware troubleshooting and infrastructure monitoring.
• Assist the Infrastructure team with deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

IT Equipment & User Management

• Prepare IT equipment, accounts, and applications for new staff.
• Collect and check equipment during offboarding.
• Maintain IT hardware inventory and stock records.
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate warranty, repair, or replacement.

Experience & Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, System Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and Windows troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Microsoft 365, virtualization, endpoint management, or monitoring experience is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Willing and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work independently and provide onsite/out-of-hours support when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• CCNA, ITIL, or Windows Server certification is an advantage.
• English: Able to communicate and understand technical documentation.
