ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong project management background, proven experience leading complex technology projects, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business, Technology, Operations, and external vendors.
Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure successful project execution.
Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
Strong experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Good English communication skills.

PREFERRED

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Exposure to cloud, data, AI, automation, or enterprise system implementation projects.
