  • Overall oversee BU / SBU HSE related operation (training, risk assessment, hiarachy control, SOP implementation, incident investigation, transportation …) to ensure Zero - Accident and promoting Safety Culture
  • Working as a specialist to build and control HSE documents aligns with SGS Group policies, guidelines, directives and applicable local legislative requirements for ensure effective implementation program with HSE Manager to ensure its effectiveness of implementation
  • Coordinating and supporting HSE departments and Divisions in drafting processes, regulations, implementing, work instructions, SOP etc. to ensure the effectiveness
  • Updating, reviewing and editing HSE documents according to ISO 45001 ISO 14001 standards
  • Developing regulations related to sanctions for violations of standards (According to each level).
  • Inspecting and supervising SGS laboratory and Site, departments implementation of processes, regulations, regulations, work instructions, forms and propose action plan for monitoring and improvement.
  • Conducting and planning the internal audits and monitoring the corrective action proposed by BU and driving for improvement.
  • Preparing the necessary documents for specific assessment and host HSE Campaign at BU and company level (Chemical, transporation, Safety Month Compaign)
  • Representatives of HSE Department to communicate with other departments and Business Unit about new standards, requirements, procedures and guildelines (if any).
  • Make decisions within the scope of HSE work, including proposing corrective actions or process improvements.
  • Support preparing data and conducting for Management Review at BU level
  • Carry out the inspection from the audit parties, 3rd parties, local authorities as authorized
  • Manage and oversee all activities of innovation or HSE project/program (AI monitoring, LOTO, 5S, Fire Safety, Engineering control.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years relevant professional work experience in similar position
  • Preference will be given to the TIC, manufacturing, E&C
  • Proficient in the use of computers and office applications
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of ISO 45000 14000 implementing
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Quality Management, Health and Safety, English Languages
  • Leadership skills, data analysis, and handling complex situations.
