SENIOR HRBP MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design and talent planning to support business growth.
• Own and optimize Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits and performance management.
• Drive HR initiatives across talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP/HR leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Workforce Planning and Total Rewards.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, ownership and execution mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
