POSITION: Senior Graphic Designer

LOCATION: No. 03 Nguyen Co Thach Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our brand's visual communication strategy. From concept to execution, you will design assets that align with our brand identity and resonate with target audiences. Your work will play a critical role in driving engagement across digital campaigns, social media platforms, and print materials, helping us achieve our marketing goals with creativity and precision. The desired candidate will also be open to travelling 5 to 6 weeks out of the year to our global events.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Visual content creation:

  • Lead the creation of high-quality visual content across all service areas, including marketing campaigns, events, and strategic advisory presentations.
  • Develop strong visual concepts and design systems that translate strategic ideas into compelling creative outputs.
  • Take ownership of complex design deliverables, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence from concept to final execution.

Brand Development And Visual Consistency

  • Ensure all design outputs strictly align with client branding guidelines while elevating brand aesthetics through creative solutions.
  • Actively contribute to brand development by proposing innovative visual directions that strengthen brand identity and market positioning.
  • Maintain and enhance visual consistency across all touchpoints, including digital assets, print materials, presentations, merchandise, and event signage.

Presentation & Strategic Design

  • Design visually compelling and well-structured presentations (Pitch, PowerPoint / PPTX), with strong storytelling, layout hierarchy, and aesthetic coherence.
  • Translate complex ideas, strategies, and data into clear, engaging, and professional visual presentations for internal teams and clients.

Promotional, Digital, And Video Content

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to design promotional content, such as banners, posters, and motion graphics, that drive audience engagement.
  • Take a senior role in video editing and content adaptation using available client footage, ensuring strong pacing, storytelling, and visual quality.
  • Prioritize candidates with strong video editing capabilities and a solid understanding of motion, rhythm, and visual narrative.

Market And Audience Research

  • Stay updated on market trends in sports, entertainment, and lifestyle to deliver relevant, modern, and audience-driven designs.
  • Proactively propose creative ideas and visual approaches that enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Photography And Video Production

  • Oversee photography and video shoots for campaigns, events, and other projects when required.
  • Supervise production quality, ensuring all visual outputs meet creative standards and project objectives.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, sports, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing presentations (PPTX) with strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sensibility.
  • Solid experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas and strategies into visually compelling designs aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Knowledge of print design, prepress, and production processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Proficiency in English
