Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conceptualize and execute all relevant creative online & offline artworks across different mediums and platforms in line with the creative vision.
- Work closely with various inter-departmental and external teams to design and create various campaigns and collateral across channels.
- Independently lead and take ownership of branding and creative projects from end to end, from ideation to delivery.
- Work alongside the Marketing team to evaluate and refine workflows and processes, and to improve efficiency within the team.
- Maintaining a consistent approach and high level of creativity across all assets.
- Guide interns/juniors in day-to-day work and processes where needed, imparting inspiration and knowledge in soft/hard skills.
- Be independent, meticulous, proactive, results oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills in planning, managing and prioritizing.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Visual or Design communication or related studies.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in an advertising agency or an in-house creative team.
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign.
- Knowledge in Adobe After Effects & Cinema4D is a plus.
- Experienced in using AI for work.
- Preferably bilingual (English & Mandarin)
2. Graphic Designer
Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for alignment of Design and Marketing team according to brand guidelines/Brand book/Brand Visual Identities
- Develop creative brand assets through visuals, graphics, illustration, typography and across all channel
- Contributing to brand strategies development, idea creation and drive brand building equity
- Undertake design & marketing materials, such as digital, social media, events posters, websites, etc.
- Communicate with marketing editor and front-end department, support the marketing team of the creative strategy for online materials.
- Consistently iterate on the concept to make company brands relevant and relatable to the target market
- Provide support on-brand design for all other brands in group level.
Essential Requirements
- At least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Marketing Design, Visual Communication, Product Design
- At least 4 years of working experience in brand and digital design
- Must possess Web Design experience.
- Required Skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, XD), After Effect will be an advantage
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing strong visual design and brand system implementation
- Proficiency in English OR Mandarin
