Job Description

Location: Etown District 4 (Ho Chi Minh).

Model: Hybrid working.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior hands-on designer to be the custodian of our brand across all digital platforms and to provide creative leadership through experience and craft. You will work closely with our design team by guiding quality, mentoring, and setting standards, while remaining deeply involved in execution.

Main Responsibilities:

Brand and quality leadership

  • Own brand consistency across web, social, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Set a high bar for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and digital polish.
  • Provide constructive feedback and direction to improve overall output quality.

Mentorship and collaboration

  • Mentor designers through reviews, design critiques, and hands-on guidance.
  • Help the team work faster and better by improving briefs, templates, and workflows.
  • Partner with marketing and stakeholders to translate goals into high-performing creative.

Digital design execution

  • Design digital assets including landing pages, website sections, banners, ads, and social content.
  • Create platform-native social content for LinkedIn and Facebook (including carousels and content series).
  • Support campaign delivery end-to-end, including iteration based on feedback and performance.

UX/UI design

  • Contribute to UX/UI for web pages and user flows, with conversion and clarity in mind.
  • Produce wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs (preferably in Figma).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

Success looks like

  • The brand looks consistent and premium everywhere, with fewer revisions and stronger clarity.
  • Digital assets ship reliably and perform better (engagement and conversion).
  • Designers improve faster through feedback and examples, not bureaucracy.
  • Stakeholders trust design to elevate outcomes, not just aesthetics.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years experience (or equivalent) in digital-first design, ideally B2B
  • Portfolio showing strong work across:
  • Web design and landing pages.
  • Social creative for LinkedIn/Facebook (organic and/or paid).
  • Clear UX/UI thinking and execution.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), team communication is English-only.

Nice to have:

  • Motion or multimedia skills (simple animated social posts, motion graphics).
  • Figma experience.
  • Jira experience (or comfort working with structured tickets and workflows).
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices and performance creative.
