1. Excellent Character-Based Graphic Design Execution
- Develop creative, high-quality visuals that incorporate licensed characters while maintaining their core identity.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines provided by licensors.
- Create engaging and market-ready layouts, packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials featuring character IPs.
- Adapt existing character assets into various formats and compositions based on project needs.
2. Independent Project Execution & Efficiency
- Execute design projects quickly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality output with minimal revisions.
- Work independently while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine design concepts and finalize deliverables.
3. Brand & Character Integration
- Understand and respect the essence of each character, ensuring their value is effectively communicated through design.
- Balance creativity with strict licensing requirements, maintaining a consistent look and feel.
- Keep up with trends in character licensing, branding, and merchandising to enhance design relevance.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Creative Planner, Brand Assurance, and Licensing team to develop designs that fit the business and creative vision.
- Provide design insights and help mentor junior designers on best practices.
Requirements:
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in character licensing, branding, or entertainment industries.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creative expression and brand consistency.
- Super hard-working, highly responsible, well-mannered, strong passion to work, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- English: Good communication.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working in character licensing projects.
- Video edit, Motion graphics or 3D designs.
- Knowlegde or experience in manufaturing.
