JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Creative Concepting & Execution
- Lead the design development of key campaigns, ensuring creative ideas are translated into strong visual outputs
- Design a wide range of materials including campaign KVs, social content, POSM, digital ads, brand presentations, and more
- Own visual direction across assigned projects from early concept through to final execution
2. Creative Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Social, Digital, and Product teams to co-create effective and engaging creative solutions
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Motion Designers, and other creatives to ensure unified storytelling
- Present design ideas and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and contribute actively in creative reviews
3. Quality Control
- Ensure all design output is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual consistency
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers to raise the bar for studio output
- Help evolve the visual identity and design system as the brand grows
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, brand, or agency environment
- Ability to think conceptually, lead design projects, and provide direction to others
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiar with Figma is a plus
- Experience with AI generation
- Proactive, dynamic and supportive
- Upper-intermediate English skills
