From October 2026 to April 2027, this position will additionally take on the responsibilities of Acting Chief Accountant while the current Chief Accountant is on maternity leave – including full ownership of statutory reporting and tax finalization, and being the company's primary point of contact with auditors, tax authorities, and banks during this period.

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for the General Manager/Board.
  • Review, verify, and take final responsibility for the accuracy of financial data before submission or filing.
  • Prepare, review, and submit all tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, and other statutory filings) accurately and on time.
  • Lead annual tax finalization and manage all correspondence and inspections with tax authorities.

3.2 Treasury, Payment & Cash Flow Management

  • Own cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.
  • Approve and oversee payments to suppliers, tour guides, service providers, and other stakeholders.

  • Track and report aging, payables/receivables exposure, and cash position to the General Manager / Board.

3.3 Budgeting, Controls & System Ownership

  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance across departments; flag overruns and recommend corrective action.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of data in the accounting system / ERP (e.g., MISA, Tourchain, or company-designated software).
  • Design and enforce internal control procedures to prevent fraud, error, and non-compliance.
  • Ensure tour, supplier, and guide documentation is accurate, reconciled, and audit-ready.

3.4 Month-end / Year-end Closing

  • Lead monthly and annual closing – reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
  • Prepare financial analysis and management reporting for the General Manager / Board.
