Job title : Senior Fullstack/Lead (NodeJS + Angular)

Location: HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Participate in project planning, task allocation, effort estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Node.js, Angular, and React.
• Architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Design and optimize database structures in both SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum development practices and delivery timelines.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Node.js
• Angular
• React
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure:
• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure DevOps
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Azure Cloud Services
• Strong understanding of:
• RESTful APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• System Design
• Design Patterns
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills

• Proven experience leading, coaching, and mentoring development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US, European, or international clients.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and scalable distributed systems.
