Senior Fullstack Engineer (NextJS, Golang)

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer (Golang + React/Next.js) to join our team in building a Security Platform and Identity Provider (IdP) solution. You will work on modern authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSO, and MFA — developing scalable, high-performance backend services and building the platform's admin console and user-facing web applications.

Full-time at the office, NO hybrid & NO remote

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Golang.
• Implement authentication & authorization modules:
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, token lifecycle management.
• Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA (TOTP/SMS/Email).
• User identity management, account federation.
• Integrate and develop Identity Provider (IdP) components.

• Build and maintain the admin console and user-facing web apps using Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript.
• Implement complex UI flows: data tables, filters, multi-step forms, drawers/dialogs, and permission-aware components.
• Integrate REST APIs with TanStack Query (caching, mutations, optimistic updates); handle auth/session flows (token refresh, redirects) on the client.
• Build accessible, responsive UI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui (Radix primitives).
• Implement form validation with react-hook-form + zod; support multi-language UI with i18next.

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Use Redis for caching, session storage, rate limiting, and distributed locking.
• Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture, message streaming, and high-throughput data processing.

• Apply security standards such as OWASP ASVS and OWASP Top 10.
• Implement secure data handling, encryption, and system hardening.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Deploy and maintain services using Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions using ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.

• 2–5 years of experience in Golang backend development.
• Strong understanding of:

Goroutines, channels, concurrency patterns.

RESTful APIs and/or gRPC.

• Hands-on experience with:

MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning).

Redis (caching, session store, distributed lock).

Kafka (consumer/producer, partitions, consumer groups).

• Solid knowledge of: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of backend security: CSRF, XSS, NoSQL Injection, secure coding practices.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript; hands-on with Next.js (App Router, server/client components).
• Experience integrating REST APIs on the frontend (data fetching, caching, error handling) and building form-heavy admin UIs.

• Experience with IdP solutions such as: Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, FusionAuth.
• Knowledge of: SAML2, LDAP, SCIM. Distributed systems, high-performance architecture.
• Experience working on large-scale microservices systems.
• Hands-on with our frontend stack: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui (Radix), TanStack Query v5, react-hook-form + zod, i18next.
• Experience with permission/RBAC-aware UIs, URL-synced filter state, or design systems.
