We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dedicated team working

on a CRM solution for the financial lending sector. This is a long-term, full-time contract

position.

SENIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (React.Js/Dotnet) - Night Shift- Remote

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain a secure .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS web application for financial CRM.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance for handling sensitive financial information.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Continuously improve development processes, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development using .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS with strong expertise in back-end development (.NET Core).
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with cloud hosting, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.

+ Knowledge of financial services domain and CRM systems.

+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and test-driven development.

+ Understanding of performance optimization techniques and load testing.

• Good health and willingness to work the night shift.

4. JOB DETAILS:

• Employment type: Remote Full-time (Night shift).
• Industry: Financial services in the US market (No insurance, No lending).
• Working hours:4 fixed hours (08:00 AM - 12:00 PM California time, equivalent to 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM Vietnam time), with the remaining 4 hours being flexible as determined by the management, 5 days/ week.
