Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Golang)

Our client is a global technology and engineering organization headquartered in Singapore, delivering advanced digital, engineering, and mission-critical solutions to enterprises and governments worldwide. With operations in 50+ cities globally, the company is actively investing in enterprise AI, automation, and intelligent digital platforms to transform large-scale operations and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Golang for backend services and SvelteKit for frontend development.
• API Development: Design, build, and optimize GraphQL APIs to support efficient, secure, and data-driven applications.
• Microservices Architecture: Develop and maintain modular, scalable, and resilient microservices while ensuring effective communication between distributed components.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access patterns using PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• System Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and establish engineering standards that support long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and improve application performance, reliability, and system efficiency.
• Code Quality: Promote clean code practices through peer reviews, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD implementation.
• Technical Leadership: Guide team members, share technical knowledge, and support the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Golang backend development skills.
• Experience with SvelteKit or React/Vue.js, GraphQL APIs, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of database design, query optimization, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Fluent in English.
