Senior Full-Stack Developer (Vietnamese Speaker)

Job Overview

ATS Vietnam is looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer to join an international engineering team working on an end-to-end trading & analytics platform.

You will work across both Backend and Frontend, developing new features, integrating APIs, handling real-time data flows, and supporting system reliability in a Linux-first, fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack features across Backend and Frontend.
Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
Develop frontend components for trading dashboards and analytics applications.
Work with real-time data flows and event-driven architectures.
Write unit & integration tests.
Participate in code review, debugging, troubleshooting and production support.
Support CI/CD deployment and release processes.
Collaborate with senior engineers and international teams.
Work effectively in a Linux environment, including CLI and shell scripting.

Requirements

5+ years of professional Full-Stack Development experience.
Strong experience with at least 2 of the following: TypeScript, Python/Rust
Solid experience with RESTful APIs and backend development.
Experience developing Frontend applications, preferably with React.js.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Experience working with Linux / CLI / Shell scripting.
Experience with Unit & Integration Testing.
Good understanding of debugging, troubleshooting and code review.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Able to work during the 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM ICT overlap with the London team.

Nice to Have

Kafka / WebSockets or other real-time technologies.
Event-driven / streaming architecture.
Docker / Kubernetes.
Cloud-native environments.
Experience with Financial Systems, Trading, Capital Markets or Financial Analytics.
Knowledge of performance optimization, latency and resource efficiency.
Experience with data-intensive or real-time applications.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to 50M VND gross/month, negotiable based on experience and interview performance.
No probation period.
Initial 3-month Project/Freelance Contract, renewable every 3 months.
Long-term project with potential for continued extension.
SHUI contribution based on 100% gross salary from the first onboarding day.
