Senior Front-end Publishing Developer

■ Position Overview

- The successful candidate will analyze source code developed with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, or React and refactor it into a standardized folder structure with reusable components.

- The candidate will work closely with UX/UI designers and the development team to verify that implemented screens accurately reflect the original designs and requirements.

- The candidate will also be responsible for delivering maintainable and scalable Front-end results.

- For this position, we prioritize Front-end development, web publishing, and source code refactoring capabilities over UX/UI design experience.

■ Key Responsibilities

- Review and refactor Front-end source code generated by the company's AI Agent

- Implement and improve web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Develop and restructure reusable components using Vue.js or React

- Reorganize non-standard folder and file structures according to company standards

- Remove duplicated or unnecessary code to improve readability and maintainability

- Identify, develop, and apply reusable common UI components

- Compare and validate implemented screens against the original UX/UI designs

- Verify responsive web behavior and compatibility across major browsers

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and the development team

- Improve Front-end development standards and web publishing guidelines

■ Requirements

- At least five years of professional experience in Front-end development or web publishing

- Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

- Experience in Front-end development using Vue.js or React

- Experience in analyzing and refactoring existing Front-end source code

- Experience in designing or improving Front-end folder and file structures

- Experience in developing reusable UI components

- Experience in responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility

- Experience in source code management and team collaboration using Git

- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with UX/UI designers and development teams

- Working proficiency in English

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in UX/UI design or UI implementation quality assurance

- Experience reviewing designs using Figma or similar design tools

- Experience applying Design Systems, UI Guidelines, or Component Libraries

- Experience reviewing and refactoring AI-generated Front-end source code

- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini

- Experience using TypeScript, Sass/SCSS, Vite, or Webpack

- Experience converting non-standard project structures into standardized and maintainable structures

- Experience in Enterprise, ERP, MES, or Smart Factory projects

- Experience creating Front-end development standards or web publishing guidelines

- Korean communication skills are preferred
