Management Reporting and Financial Management Information
Data Collection: Research, select, collect, and validate relevant data and information (both internal and external). Continuously identify and assess valuable data sources for VPBank on a periodic basis or in response to business requests.
Information Management:
Coordinate and work with stakeholders to implement data automation and standardization of financial data and management reports.
Support the provision of data and information for in-depth evaluation and analysis upon request.
Reporting:
Develop, operate, and enhance periodic and ad-hoc performance and operational reports as requested. These reports typically require multi-dimensional analysis.
Monitor and implement management adjustments related to assigned reporting activities.
Analysis and Advisory
Analysis: Review and validate periodic analyses. Conduct in-depth thematic analyses as requested.
Advisory: Receive and address inquiries from responsible units/departments.
Proactively or upon request provide advisory inputs, working with business units to shape and propose feasible solution directions based on data-driven analysis and insights.
Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans as assigned; coordinate with management in monitoring trends and plan performance.
Propose improvement initiatives and report issues related to data quality to management; proactively identify process improvements and implement selected solutions.
Participate in projects within the area of expertise as assigned. Guide, support, and supervise junior staff, or manage and coach a small team.
II. Requirements
Nationality Requirement: This position is open to Vietnamese citizens only.
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant disciplines such as Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration. 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis within financial institutions or banks.
Solid knowledge of financial analysis, auditing, and financial control. Ability to quickly grasp tasks and organize, manage, and execute work in a structured and efficient manner.
Strong capabilities in data extraction, processing, analysis, synthesis, and creative problem-solving.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
