Job Description- Develop new products aligned with market trends, risk policies, and the bank's financial strategy.
- Build and improve processes and regulations related to corporate customer products and services.
- Continuously enhance products to meet customer needs and the bank's development orientation.
- Organize and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and operational procedures.
- Analyze and evaluate product/service performance to propose timely solutions for efficiency.
- Design and implement programs to promote, acquire, and expand corporate customer base.
- Participate in evaluating business unit performance against approved plans.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or International Trade.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in credit or corporate product development, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
