Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the Head of Performance Management in implementing and maintaining an adequate Management control framework regarding the operation of the Company, aligned with stakeholders requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Multi-year budget (MYB) process

  • Collect and process data of Sales/Management expenses projection provided by the domains
  • Support tasks assigned by the Head of the PM department in the MYB process

2. Cost controlling

  • Cost control and provide analytical support for FBP domains (Agency/IT/TO)
  • Support CFO/Managers in reviewing expense proposals
  • Perform ad hoc historical data reports/analysis
  • Control budget planning and actual in the ERP system

3. Sales report & Performance Management (PM)

  • Work and verify financial data (Sales / Expense / P&L) to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare Sales and PM reports within deadlines
  • Analyze actual vs. budget variance to identify root causes

4. Fund split report: Prepare fund split report (annual for audit, monthly for internal management)

5. Regional stakeholder management: Prepare reports for regional stakeholders, ensuring timelines and quality

6. Projects: Participate in projects, follow the timeline, and ensure deliverables

7. Other tasks: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Auditing / Finance

2. Experience: 5 years of experience in Auditing / Financial analysis

3. Certification: CMA is preferable
