Description
- Lead and manage all financial and accounting activities across the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, accounting standards, tax policies, internal audit, and financial governance.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and financial forecasts; oversee cost control, cash flow management, and optimize financial resource allocation to ensure liquidity, profitability, and business scalability.
- Build multi-level financial and management reporting systems, delivering accurate and timely insights on revenue, costs, profit, cash flow, and performance to the BODs and investors.
- Drive financial digital transformation by implementing and optimizing ERP systems, budgeting software, BI tools, and real-time data analytics to enhance financial decision-making.
- Lead financial due diligence for potential M&A deals, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment opportunity analysis.
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and product teams to provide strategic financial analysis that supports revenue growth, profitability, and long-term planning.
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of transparency, data-driven decision-making, technological mindset, and innovation.
- Establish a comprehensive financial risk management framework, including technology-related risks, and ensure compliance with auditors, tax authorities, investors, and the Board.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or other international finance/accounting credentials are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading the finance team at large organizations.
- Prior experience in large multinational companies is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills, and a business/data-driven mindset.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-level finance teams with a focus on performance and transparency.
- Excellent communication skills with senior executives, investors, and international partners.
- Fluent in English, especially in professional communication, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to quickly adapt to digital finance tools and a strong data-oriented approach
