Senior Export Sales Specialist

Description

• Identify, acquire, and develop an international customer network, including importers and distributors, for the company's cashew nuts and related agricultural products.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships and drive sales growth.
• Receive customer inquiries, provide product consultations, and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and related procedures.
• Prepare, negotiate, execute, and monitor international sales contracts to ensure proper fulfillment.
• Work closely with the Logistics team, Documentation team, and factories to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule and meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, including vessel booking, customs declarations, fumigation, and phytosanitary procedures.
• Handle customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and report market insights and business performance to the Board of Management.

Requirements:

1. Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Import-Export Sales or International Business Development.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the agricultural commodities industry.

2. Professional Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of the cashew export market is a significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, Incoterms, international payment methods (L/C, T/T, etc.), and export customs procedures.

3. Language Skills

• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in a professional environment.
• Candidates proficient in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) will be given top priority.

4. Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, agile, and highly responsible, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under sales pressure.
