Job Description

Monthly Driver Payroll & Service Fee Processing

• Receive, validate, and consolidate data required for nationwide driver payroll.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or unusual data and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. Phát hiện dữ liệu thiếu, không nhất quán hoặc bất thường và phối hợp với các bên liên quan để xử lý.
• Receive and validate SHUI (Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance) additions, removals, and adjustments within the assigned scope.
  
  

Weekly Freelancer & Outstanding Payment Processing

• Validate payment schemes and relevant data sources before processing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to calculate, reconcile, and process payments based on confirmed schemes.
• Receive and consolidate information and data on outstanding payroll and service fee items to release weekly payments, and confirm deductions for any outstanding liabilities (if applicable).
  
  

Weekly Driver Deposit Refund Processing

• Review deposit refund lists and outstanding deductions to determine the net refundable amounts.
• Receive and update new or amended bank account information, ensuring data completeness and accuracy for payment processing.
  
  

Policy & Reporting

• Develop and maintain payment policies for all allowances, and update them promptly whenever changes occur.
• Prepare cost reports, including cost allocation, cost summary and labor cost, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Propose and implement improvements to trackers, calculation files, and control processes to reduce manual errors and enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

Education & Experience

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in C&B, payroll, payment processing, reconciliation, or financial data management.
• Experience in high-volume payroll or driver payments within logistics, delivery, or e-commerce is preferred.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and other data-processing tools. Candidates who can leverage AI to streamline the handling of large-scale data are preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets, validate calculation logic, and identify discrepancies.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, payment reconciliation, and internal data controls is an advantage.
