Maple Labs is a fast-growing technology company developing mobile apps and games for millions of users worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build scalable data infrastructure, power AI-driven products, and turn complex data into meaningful business impact.

What You Will Do

Build & Scale Our Data Platform

• Design and maintain scalable batch and near-real-time ETL/ELT pipelines for in-app events, MMPs (Adjust, Qonversion), and ad platforms including Google Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, Mintegral, and Apple Search Ads.
• Design and optimize data warehouse models on Google BigQuery, improving query performance, reliability, and storage costs.

Own Data Infrastructure & Quality

• Orchestrate reliable workflows using Apache Airflow, Celery, Redis, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Implement monitoring, automated data quality checks, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Enable AI & Machine Learning

• Build high-quality datasets and feature pipelines for LTV forecasting, payback modeling, and anomaly detection.
• Develop or integrate MCP servers, AI agent tools, and data APIs connecting LLMs with internal data systems.

Make Data Accessible

• Partner with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to deliver actionable data products.
• Build internal tools and self-service dashboards using Streamlit, Metabase, or Looker Studio.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience building production-grade pipelines.
• Strong Python and advanced SQL skills, including complex transformations and query optimization.
• Experience with BigQuery or other analytical databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, or Redshift).
• Practical knowledge of orchestration, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure; GCP preferred.
• An AI-first mindset and experience using coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Mobile Apps, Games, or AdTech knowledge (MMP attribution, ROAS, LTV, ad network APIs).
• Experience with MCP, AI agents, ML pipelines, Streamlit, or workflow automation.

You do not need to know every tool in our stack. We value strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to learn.
