1 - Project Overview:

Aviation Data & Digital Transformation Ecosystem

Dự án tham gia xây dựng và phát triển các giải pháp dữ liệu, phân tích và ứng dụng số cho hệ sinh thái hàng không toàn cầu, phục vụ các hãng hàng không, đơn vị bảo trì và vận hành. Đội ngũ đóng vai trò đối tác công nghệ chiến lược trong việc phát triển ứng dụng trên nền tảng dữ liệu hàng không quy mô lớn, hỗ trợ khai thác và phân tích dữ liệu vận hành. Các giải pháp tập trung vào Big Data, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics và phát triển phần mềm nhằm tối ưu hiệu suất hoạt động và thúc đẩy chuyển đổi số. Dự án mang lại cơ hội hợp tác với nhiều tổ chức hàng không quốc tế, đồng thời yêu cầu năng lực chuyên sâu về dữ liệu, kiến trúc hệ thống và phát triển sản phẩm. Đây là một trong những chương trình công nghệ tiêu biểu trong lĩnh vực Aviation & Aerospace.

2 - Job Description:

Core Qualifications

Educational Background: Strong foundation in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
Data Fundamentals: Solid understanding of data structures, storage systems, data modeling, and ETL/ELT design patterns.
Big Data Experience: Proven experience working with large-scale data processing and distributed computing environments.

Technical Expertise & Experience

Programming: High proficiency in Python and its data ecosystem (e.g., PySpark), with experience in Spark SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with Scala or Java is a plus.
Cloud & Data Ecosystem:
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, preferably AWS and/or Snowflake.
Practical knowledge of core data services (e.g., AWS EMR, Lambda, Redshift, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB).
Data Pipeline Orchestration:
Strong ability to design, schedule, monitor, and maintain complex, resilient data workflows.
Proficient in core orchestration concepts like dependency management, error handling, and logging.
Practical experience with one or more workflow management frameworks is highly desirable (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, AWS Step Functions).
Application Development & Visualization:
Experience building interactive applications and operational dashboards using low-code platforms (Foundry Workshop) and web development frameworks (Foundry Slate).
Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required for creating custom, data-driven user interfaces.

Personal Attributes

Adaptability: A proactive and quick learner, comfortable mastering new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
