JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide analysis and report to manager level to drive Digital Platform performance forward. Communicate your analysis and reporting in an easy-to-understand way through presentations, email, and with proper documentation.
• Work on datamart for Digital Platform (app & web) to support reporting, ad-hoc, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
• Track and report web performance metrics, including total web traffic, traffic by landing, application submits, and conversion rate by channel source for consumer finance products (Loan, Credit card, BNPL, etc.)
• Be able to interact with all departments and work closely with business users to identify requirements and expected outcomes, including web development teams for tracking and feature validation.
• Designing automated reporting and dashboards, providing recommendations to business users based on funnel and user behavior analysis.
• Monitor, analyze A/B tests on the web/app platform to evaluate new strategies and feature performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience with Python for data analysis
• Working experienced with Google Analytics
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Good Experimental method
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including sample sizing and result interpretation
• Good knowledge of verbal and written English language
• Solid social ability and communication skills
• Problem solving and decision-making personality
• Good communication and presentations skills
• Proficient in SQL and database management, with working knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop
• 3 Years work experience in similar or related domain
