- Own analytics and reporting for VAICentral (Vibe Apps AI Central): Unified AI & Data platform that connects structured ERP/DWH data with unstructured enterprise knowledge (documents, SOPs, procedures). - Design, build, and maintain DataMarts and trusted metrics on ClickHouse (and related analytics stores) so business users and leadership get reliable, real-time insights. - Partner with Engineering on ELT/CDC pipelines (e.g. Airbyte, Kafka, Airflow) and dbt models—from source systems (SAP, CRM, core DB) to curated marts with clear data lineage. - Define KPIs and dashboards for enterprise use cases (Finance, Revenue, Operations, Compliance) and embed them via Apache Superset with appropriate row-level security (RLS). - Support Natural Language Query (NLQ) and GraphRAG analytics quality: validate that Vietnamese business questions map correctly to SQL/Cypher results, measure answer accuracy, and reduce hallucination risk for reporting use cases. - Analyze AI platform signals (query volume, latency, retrieval quality, token/cost via tracing tools such as Langfuse) and turn them into product and operations recommendations. - Collaborate with Product, AI Engineering, and customer delivery teams on industry scenarios (e.g. pharmaceuticals, banking & finance, manufacturing & supply chain) to convert domain questions into measurable metrics and reusable reporting patterns. - Establish data quality checks, metric definitions, documentation, and self-serve analytics practices across Pool 2 (Analytics Storage) and related VAICentral modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer (or similar), with senior-level ownership of DWH or product analytics for enterprise platforms. - Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical databases/warehouses—especially columnar OLAP such as ClickHouse (or equivalent: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). - Practical experience with dimensional modeling / DataMart design and transformation tools (dbt strongly preferred). - Experience building and governing BI dashboards (Apache Superset preferred; Power BI / Tableau / Looker also acceptable), including access control or RLS concepts. - Familiarity with ELT/CDC and orchestration concepts (Airbyte, Kafka, Airflow, or similar) and ability to partner with engineers on pipeline correctness and lineage. - Comfort working at the intersection of structured analytics and AI-assisted retrieval (RAG / knowledge bases); ability to evaluate NLQ or AI-generated analytical answers against ground-truth data is a plus. - Strong stakeholder communication: translate business questions into metrics, and present clear insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. - English reading/writing for technical documentation; Vietnamese communication for business stakeholder work is an advantage.
