Job Description

ROLE'S OBJECTIVE:

• Take care new clients
• Conduct the assigned jobs in professional, accurate and efficient manner
• Deliver quotations, certificates, reports, invoices, etc. on time
• Keep good relationship with clients/ affiliates/ colleague in SGS Vietnam / Maintain integrity
• Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files
• Training for new comer upon request
• Back up for CS manager upon request
  
  

Specific Responsibilities

• Handle new clients: offer appropriate services, meet customer requirements, provide quotations...
• Prepare contract, certificates and pass to Manager for approval
• Prepare contract, certificates and pass to Manager for approval
• Prepare and control invoice, follow up debt and payment .
• Send reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties
• Continuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and data base.
• Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requests
• Collection of outstanding payments
• Other tasks requested by Manager
• Supporting CS team on daily operation
  
  

Qualifications

• College graduated or above
• English level B equivalent
• Typing and computer skill
• at least 5 years experience in TIC as CS or equivalent position
