Senior Customer Engineer

- Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment

- Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as company diagnostic tools and documentation, to solve complex equipment issues

- Follow and generate documented procedures and published task plans

- Communicate with customers and internal business units, lead projects as necessary

- Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers

- Fulfill additional duties, as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Hardware Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.

- 7-10 years of work experience as Field Service Engineer/Equipment Engineer... and must have experience in semiconductor industry

- Advanced mechanical aptitude and hands-on knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum systems, and/or thermodynamics.

- Strong hands-on use of engineering tools and test equipment, including digital multimeters and standard hand tools.

- Working knowledge of wafer-processing parameters and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

- Good written and spoken English for technical communication, customer interaction, training, and cross-border teamwork.

- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for routine technical and business documentation.

- 7-10 years of relevant equipment-support experience.

- Experience in the semiconductor industry.

- Front-end process exposure.

- Hands-on experience supporting semiconductor tools, process equipment, inspection systems, or related high-precision manufacturing equipment.

- Experience in large, structured, global high-tech or semiconductor organizations.

- Project-management capability and confidence leading customer or internal product meetings.

- Regional development path: initial training and on-the-job development in Singapore - Relocation support.
