Senior Content Digital Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Content Marketing Specialist to join Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) — a leading Vietnamese corporation in education, healthcare, and technology.

This role is responsible for executing and optimizing NHG's digital content across multiple social media channels, strengthening brand visibility, audience growth, and data-driven communication performance across the Group and member institutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Corporate Communications
• Hands-on expertise across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, plus email marketing, landing pages, and fundamental SEO
• Proven ability to plan, run and optimize paid digital campaigns for brand awareness, traffic and lead generation
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Solid content development skills, with the ability to brief and collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams
• Sharp digital instincts: trend monitoring, keyword research, competitor and audience behavior analysis
• Prior experience in education, healthcare, technology, multi-industry corporations, or a digital agency serving such clients is a strong advantage
