Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Senior C&B Specialist to join their team in HCMC. This role is ideal for a payroll and compensation & benefits professional who has strong experience in payroll management, labor law compliance, and employee benefits administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, administering employee benefits, and improving C&B processes and systems to support business growth.

  • Location: HCM Center - 410B Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, P. Bàn Cờ, TPHCM
  • Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday);
  • Probation Period: 60 days
  • Salary: 22.000.000 VNĐ – 27.000.000 VNĐ
  • Contract: 12 Months
  • Interview Process: 2 interview rounds 

*Responsibilities

Payroll and Employee Data Management:

1.   Proceed monthly payroll calculation & reconciliation in well compliance with payroll procedures, policies accurately and timely

  • Monitor monthly staff's working time attendance & overtime to ensure data fulfillment and sufficiency for payroll calculation
  • Collect & update payroll changes for payroll calculation & check all related supporting documents sufficiently
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (HRBPs/ leaders/ employees) to implement, follow up & complete other processes related to employees payroll such as handover process of resignation, onboarding process of newcomers, employee movement, employees attendance checking
  • Proceed monthly payroll calculation & transfer salary for all staff on systems timely & accurately
  • Handle employee queries related salary

2.   Control & enhance payroll system in smoothly & accurately operation in alignment with company practices/ policies & labor law

  • Manage time recording system & finger time recording machine of all locations to ensure their operation stably & smoothly
  • Monitor, update & enhance payroll system operations, tools, functionalities & reports in alignment with company regulations & policies to adapt changes & support business needs.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders (internal/ external) to handle issues/ fix bugs and develop new requirements to ensure effectiveness of payroll system.
  • Guide & conduct training about functionalities of payroll system to users effectively
  • Updates new changes to apply for payroll accurately & communicate to staffs for understanding clearly

3.   Proceed social insurance, personal income tax, trade union, labor report, code of conduct to ensure compliance

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly declaration, reconciliation, contribution of company code of conduct, social insurance, medical insurance & personal income tax, labor reports, internal regulations, collective labor agreement, and related others for all employees timely & fully.
  • Prepare & provide relevant documents/ reports to adapt audit requirements & business requests

4.   Manage employee data & documents to meet internal & external requirements & ensure legalization

  • Collect & file personal employees documents in sufficiency
  • Ensure employees data availability & accuracy of HR systems sufficiently.

5.   Execute employees benefits in alignment with company policies & practices

  • Execute employees benefits programs to all staff & manage service level of vendor to ensure staff satisfaction.

6.   Conduct and update new changes related to C&B policies, code of conduct and labor laws

  • Collect staff's feedback & review current policies to propose & update policies changes
  • Communicate & give advice to employees and external stakeholders about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance
  • Provide feedback & give advice about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to employees
  • Conduct training for newcomers about C&B company policies & regulations

7.   Support for other duties related to C&B as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, English or other related fields.
  • At least 3 -5 year  experience in payroll management
  • Good interpersonal & strong communication
  • Strong in logical thinking & working with numerals 
  • Good customer service and relationship building
  • High level of integrity, carefulness and accountability
  • Strong knowledge in labor law, Social & Health Insurance and personal income tax
  • Good command of spoken & written English
