Job Description

Job Summary

As Business development manager, you will be responsible for the growth of our business and securing customer satisfaction. This includes executing the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities, to coordinate the closing of new businesses.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a solid background in sales and proven experience of working with the manufacturing industry or logistics. You enjoy networking and creating long-term relationships. Further, you have the ability to communicate with people at all levels and are good at negotiating and project management.

We are seeking candidates who are strong in sales hunting skills and based in Haiphong.

Main Responsibilities

  • Main job is to ensure and grow our business in current customer account(s) as well as actively developing new opportunities.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and enjoying contact prospects with a value-added approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell solutions, identify and solve complex customers requirement.
  • Creating and executing upon a sales strategy, including market analysis customer mapping and customer-specific action plans
  • Consultative selling and acting as an advisor of our sustainable and optimized transport packaging solutions and services.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Work closely together with other Nefab companies and functions, such as engineering, sourcing, customer service and manufacturing.
  • Accurately forecast distribution and volume targets; sales pipeline management and reporting.

Minimum Experience And Education Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Minimum bachelors degree (Preferably in Packaging, Business Administration, Engineering or similar) or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Experience from B2B full-cycle sales, preferably in a multi-national environment.
  • Experience from both fields of sales activities (Hunting new customers) and Key account management.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in sales, preferably with the packaging industry, other manufacturing industry or logistics.
  • Experience in project management is prefer.

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in English. Chinese speaking to be seen as a big plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills can easily connect with people at all levels.
  • Self-driven, reliable and can work independently to deliver results.
  • Ability to handle different tasks and projects in parallel, while maintaining quality.
  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of the teams goals.
  • Ability to work effectively with others to secure customer deadlines and deliverables; supports others and share information to succeed as a team.
  • Takes initiative, makes things happen and drives the agenda forward to reach results and expectations.
  • Technical understanding and ability to translate and present technical aspects in a way that customer representatives and other stakeholders understand.
  • Basic understanding in international trading, logistics, geographic information.
  • (Preferably) Basic understanding of one or more of our key customer segment fields (Automotive, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Batteries, or Telecom & Datacom).
  • Staying on top of competition by monitoring trends and news.
