Job Description
1. Overview
Our client is a fast-growing company specializing in solar power system investment and development, alongside smart energy management solutions that help businesses optimize their energy usage. They are currently in a period of rapid growth, expanding partnerships with major corporations and large-scale partner networks.
2. Job Description
The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, approaching, and developing new business opportunities within the company's large enterprise and strategic client segments.
- Hunting & client development: Proactively research and approach target enterprises, corporations, and large client networks; build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Key person engagement: Identify and build relationships with decision-makers, C-level executives, and other stakeholders involved in the client's purchasing decision.
- Objection handling & relationship management: Proactively handle objections and issues throughout the sales process and post-sale; maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
- Market development: Research the market, identify promising industries and client segments, and contribute insights to help refine the company's Business Development strategy.
3. Job Requirement
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or an equivalent role. Experience selling to large enterprises, corporations, retail/franchise chains, or clients with complex purchasing processes is preferred.
- Strong hunting ability — able to independently source clients, open new relationships, and build pipeline, rather than relying on inbound or provided leads.
- Excellent communication skills — confident and sharp, comfortable engaging with senior, experienced stakeholders.
- Skilled in negotiation, objection handling, and problem-solving — calm, flexible, and commercially minded under pressure.
- Proactive, decisive, and highly ownership-driven — comfortable finding solutions independently rather than waiting for direction.
4. Work Conditions
- Full-time employment contract.
- Reports directly to the CEO.
- Competitive fixed base salary plus commission based on individual performance.
- 13th-month salary and bonus tied to company business results/performance.
