Role Description
The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi. This position is responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, translating complex data and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external clients to gather and document business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. Daily tasks include conducting detailed data and business analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the design and implementation of new systems or workflows. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are aligned with business objectives, and mentoring junior analysts when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Process skills to assess current operations, define improvements, and support implementation.
• Candidates should possess experience in documenting and managing Business Requirements, including translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting findings, and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead business analyst role, preferably within financial services, data analytics, or consulting environments.
• Strong proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools), and familiarity with project management or Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
