We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester (Playwright + Python) with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in automation testing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining automation frameworks, driving testing best practices, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You will also have the opportunity to explore AI-driven solutions that improve testing efficiency and software quality.

Role Description

Analyze product requirements and design documents to ensure quality and testability.
Review test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage and adherence to best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with Python while performing manual testing when required.
Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and conduct performance testing.
Monitor, analyze, and report testing results, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and overall product quality.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing.
Hands-on experience with Playwright and Python.
Good English communication and documentation skills.
ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus.
Experience with Playwright TypeScript is an advantage.
Experience with OutSystems or other Low-code/No-code platforms is a plus.
