Senior Automation Test Engineer

​Job Overview And Responsibility

• ­ Define and own test automation strategy across mobile apps, backend services, and integrations
• ­ Design and build scalable, reusable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and data layers
• ­ Identify high­risk areas and critical user journeys, and ensure they have proper automated coverage
• ­ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing
• ­ Analyze test results and drive quality improvements, close coverage gaps proactively
• ­ Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to improve system reliability and release confidence
• ­ Mentor team members through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
• ­ Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and tooling

Required Skills and Experience

• ­ 5+ years in test automation, with strong hands­on experience designing automation solutions
• ­ Proven experience testing across multiple layers: UI, API, and system integration
• ­ Comfortable working in agile, cross­functional product teams
• ­ Possesses most of the following skills: Python (Robot Framework experience), Appium, GitLab CI, Playwright, Jenkins, and a strong mobile development and test automation strategy
