About The Team

The Infrastructure Executive plays a key role in ensuring the company's logistics network operates efficiently by managing site selection, facility readiness, and maintenance activities across Hubs, Sorting Centers, and Warehouses. This role combines project management discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and change management to deliver infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and with optimal cost efficiency.

Job Description

  • Develop projects management plan including setting project scope, timeline, cost, resource forecasting.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, especially the operations team in Hubs and Sorting Centers to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and in full.
  • Handle projects related to new purchase of facility, administration equipment, tools, MEP, construction monitoring, maintenance for WH fulfilment Centers
  • Conduct site selection for new WH fulfillment Centers and review options based on company facility standards.
  • Evaluate cost and lead time effectiveness between options to propose the most optimal solutions for the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Project Management or Construction, with experience working with developers or logistics companies.
  • 3-4 years of experience in positions related to property management, project Management, etc.... in large-scale companies is a plus
  • Experience in MEP system, QA & construction monitoring and autocad is prefered.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
  • Experience with international leasing contracts.
