Job Description

• Define and track key business metrics; build dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Analyze business performance ( acquisition, retention, cost efficiency, growth opportunities) and support KPI tracking and planning.
• Consult stakeholders across financial products to provide analysis and data solutions that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Finance, Data Engineering, and Product, to ensure data quality, and standardize reporting logic.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis, deep-dive investigations, and analytical support for strategic initiatives and experiments.
  
  

Requirements

Must have

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role with demonstrated business impact.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis on large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, able to translate ambiguous business questions into structured data analysis.
• Experience with Google Sheets and data visualization/dashboarding tools for reporting and storytelling.
• Good understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation, and ensuring data quality.
• Basic understanding of data models and data marts to support scalable reporting.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, clarify requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience working in e-commerce, fintech, or product analytics environments.
• Familiarity with experiment design, product metrics, and user behavior analysis is big plus
• Basic knowledge of Python/R or experience building automated dashboards and reporting pipelines.
