Senior Analyst, Research & Advisory Services

As a Senior Analyst at JLL, your role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive insights and strategic guidance to our clients. Your expertise in real estate market analysis and consulting will serve as a compass to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and review the database management system for various asset classes, with a focus on commercial types (office and retail), ensuring accuracy and reliability of market data.
• Prepare market studies that offer extensive market coverage, innovative analysis, and forward-looking forecasts on a timely basis, providing valuable insights and trends in the local real estate market.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by maintaining consistent tone and adherence to brand standards, thereby maximizing strategic publicity coverage for the firm.
• Collaborate closely with team members to inform the development process, guiding master planning of large sites, and mitigating development risks.
• Conduct real-time market analyses, examining economic, demographic, and investment indicators to provide development advisory and recommendations that optimize financial returns for clients.
• Deliver exceptional client service by understanding their needs, suggesting tailored service packages, and customizing the team's service offerings accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in the research and consulting sector, with a strong focus on real estate market analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Passionate about delivering service excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills.
