What you will be doing

Creative Content Production

• Develop graphic, video, and AI-powered creative content for MagicSwap.
• Create and edit various video formats, including trailers, app previews, feature demos, and advertising videos for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Produce User-Generated Content (UGC) specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  
  

AI Tool Integration & Asset Generation

• Utilize a range of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Suno, ComfyUI) to generate footage, images, and audio for User Acquisition (UA) assets.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance creative quality and optimize production efficiency.
  
  

Strategy & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to produce effective advertising content.
• Develop ideas, scripts, and storyboards in conjunction with Creative/UA teams.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with campaign briefs and performance objectives such as CTR, CVR, and CPI.
  
  

Brand Consistency & Performance Optimization

• Ensure visual and video content maintains consistency with the MagicSwap brand across all advertising channels and international markets.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends and AI tools to continuously optimize User Acquisition (UA) performance.
  
  

Requirements

Experience & Portfolio

• 2-3 years of experience in Video Editing/Motion Design, preferably in app/game (growth/performance marketing).
• Mandatory video portfolio, with a preference for app/game/beauty projects or creative User Acquisition (UA).
  
  

Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent creative tools.
  
  

AI Tool Expertise

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Suno, ComfyUI) in video editing pipelines for footage, images, and audio generation, not just experimental use.
• Ability to use AI for image generation/editing to support video production materials.
  
  

Creative & Marketing Acumen

• Strong aesthetic sense, awareness of beauty trends, understanding of female user insights, and knowledge of creative standards for App Store/Google Play and advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate briefs into engaging creative outputs.
  
  

General Skills & Work Ethic

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and high production speed.
• Good English comprehension and proactive in updating knowledge of new tools/AI.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for AI, Beauty, or Photo and Video Editing applications.
• Experience in managing, training, or mentoring Junior Video Editors/Designers.
• Knowledge of advanced motion graphics or 3D rendering tools.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with creative A/B testing and analyzing advertising performance data.
