Our client build Digital Engineers for physical industry: AI agents that turn engineering

expertise into governed, executable intelligence. Our platform, DanaOS, powers them in real

operations such as semiconductor fabs, buildings, plants and energy systems, including

on-premise and air-gapped environments.

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to help build the core of DanaOS. You will

work with our AI experts, product managers and Forward-Deployed Engineers to make

agents reliable, governed and fast to deploy for different enterprise customers.

About the Role

● Design and build the agent framework: workflows, tool use, orchestration and

reasoning.

● Build the runtime, governance and evaluation capabilities that make agents safe and

dependable in production.

● Build integrations and reusable components that connect agents to customer

systems and data.

● Own features end to end: understand the user problem, ship an early version fast,

then iterate with FDEs and customers until it is polished and genuinely usable.

● Use our own agents in your daily work, and fix what gets in your way.

● Hold a high bar for quality and mentor others through code reviews.

What Makes You a Good Fit

Must Have

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a

related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

● 5 years experience with strong software engineering skills, with proficiency in Python.

● Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents to real users (workflows, tool

use, orchestration, evaluation), not just chatbots or one-off prototypes.

● Experience integrating with real-world systems and data (APIs, pipelines, enterprise

systems).

● A track record of shipping software that is reliable, polished and genuinely usable.

● Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor)

to speed up development.

● Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication, including with

customer-facing teams.

• Fluent English communication

Great to Have

● Experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs or other symbolic and neurosymbolic

approaches to reasoning.

● Experience with industrial systems or data (for example manufacturing, buildings or

energy).

● Experience building secure, on-premise or air-gapped software.

● Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

● Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.

● Experience in a forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering role.
