Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in AI/ML or related roles
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems beyond prompt engineering (e.g. RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines)
- Experience with prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Fireworks AI)
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and evaluation of AI outputs
- Hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience with vector databases (e.g. Elasticsearch), embeddings, and RAG evaluation frameworks
- Strong Python skills (Pydantic, ML and data processing libraries)
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers) is a plus
- Solid SQL and data modeling fundamentals
- Ability to design, evaluate, and optimize AI-driven workflows
- Strong communication skills and experience working in agile teams
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Working in a cross-functional Scrum team (05-09 members)
- Design, implement, and maintain RAG pipelines (chunking, indexing, retrieval, re-ranking, caching).
- Designing and optimizing prompts to guide AI models, particularly LLMs, towards generating the desired responses.
- Run fine-tuning experiments; curate/clean training data and feedback loops.
- Establish evaluation pipelines (offline/online), dashboards, and regression suites.
- Containerize services and run GPU benchmarks/tests;
- Collaborate with Platform/DevOps to productionize models safely and monitor key metrics.
