Senior AI Engineer, Chatbot

You will be involved in or lead the design and development of core algorithms for our chatbot systems, including but not limited to:

• Prompt engineering and response optimization
• Supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and alignment of LLMs
• Multi-turn dialogue context modeling and state tracking
• Agentic dialogue systems driven by workflow execution
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for Question Answering
• Reward model design and strategy optimization via reinforcement learning
• Agent framework design and implementation

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in Chatbot Systems
• Familiar with the theory and implementation of mainstream models in LLM
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Go)
• Experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a cross-functional teams
