Digital Performance Specialist (MidSenior Level)

We are looking for a Digital Performance Specialist (MidSenior Level) with 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is a key role in our performance team, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is confident in managing multiple client accounts, and is ready to take ownership of strategic decisions while mentoring junior team members.
Youll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver results-driven campaigns across a variety of industries, from eCommerce to hospitality to lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Strategy & Campaign Management
- Independently lead campaign planning and execution across search and social platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Own full-funnel campaign strategy from channel mix to messaging and budget allocation.
- Deeply understand client objectives, business models, and customer journeys to develop tailored media approaches.
- Create and manage advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
Optimization & Analysis
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CVR, etc.)
- Use first-party and third-party data to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities.
- Perform in-depth performance analysis and communicate insights in a structured and actionable way.
Tracking, Reporting & Tools
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking across platforms (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Ensure proper UTM tracking, goals setup, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Agency Analytics to build performance dashboards and monthly reports.
Client Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of performance clients.
- Present campaign strategy, performance updates, and growth opportunities in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Provide recommendations to improve user journeys and landing page experience from a performance lens.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to develop high-converting ads and testing angles.
- Share knowledge, frameworks, and insights with junior team members.
- Act as a mentor in internal campaign reviews and brainstorms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads mandatory)
- Fluent in English in work settings (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable managing multiple clients
- Strong technical knowledge in paid media tracking and data analysis
- Working knowledge of ad creatives and landing page optimization
- Solid experience across multiple verticals or deep specialization in one (e.g., ecom, lead-gen, F&B, or travel)
- Bonus: Knowledge of TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, or automation tools (Zapier, Supermetrics, etc.)
