Senior Accountant - Based at Client Site

Currently, we are currently looking for a Senior Accountant – Based at Client Site. The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:

Department: Finance

Client's Office: The Hallmark Tower - Office Saigon

Reports To: Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Processing & Control

• Perform AP invoice checks using 3-way matching in the procurement system; resolve issues as needed.
• Monitor and review company expenses for accuracy, compliance, and timely processing by validate GL coding, cost centers, projects, and tax codes for spend transactions; initiate declassifications with Accounting when necessary.
• Oversee expense recharges and allocations across departments and entities.

2. Reconciliation, Accruals & Tax Compliance

• Reconcile spend-related accruals and expense accounts; resolve discrepancies with AP and GL teams.
• Prepare Input VAT reports and calculate FCT/CIT; track non-deductible expenses for tax purposes.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Business Partnership

• Build and maintain spend dashboards by category, vendor, and cost center.
• Analyze expense trends, track savings and compliance, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Partner with FP&A on budget vs. actual analysis, incorporating spend insights into forecasts.
• Provide responsive support to employees and business owners, and support ad hoc projects as required.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge (Opex, Capex, accruals, GL/cost center structures).
• Knowledge of tax regulations.
• Analytical skills with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, ARIBA, Oracle HFM, Workday, Flexi) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
