Senior Accountant AP & Accounting Operations

Salary: 40Mio++

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, including AP/AR, bank transactions, payments and reconciliations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor operating expenses.
• Manage fixed assets and support payroll-related activities.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors.
• Support AR & credit control, including customer collections, outstanding balances and payment issues.
• Prepare monthly financial analysis covering Sales, Opex, Capex and P&L.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Participate in finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and ad-hoc reports to management.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with solid Accountant + Accounts Payable experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting, internal controls and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and local tax regulations.
• Fluent in English.
• Good Excel and analytical skills.
