Assist in reviewing and identifying opportunities to enhance platform performance;
Assist in performing end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation and performing primary and secondary research to synthesizing data to extract key insights;
Assist in initiating changes and conducting deep-dive analysis for C2C RM KPI and Managed Seller selection criteria based on platform strategic growth direction;
Develop and lead practical and actionable projects, programs, and recommendations that will dictate strategic directions of the organization;
Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure that targets and deliverables are met;
Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand;
Stay ahead of the curve on developments and trends within the e-Commerce industry, especially with regard to seller management.
Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience (data analytics, marketing, project management, or strategy);
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields;
Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses;
Be able to communicate effectively in English;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
Result-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Passionate about learning and highly curious about the e-commerce industry;
Self-motivated individuals with high ownership and proactiveness.
