About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Event Marketing & Operations Specialist/Manager to drive our offline marketing activities in Vietnam. This role focuses on creating engaging events (salons, brand activations, CSR initiatives) to enhance user engagement and strengthen brand presence.
You will own the full event lifecycle — from planning and promotion to execution and post-event analysis — while collaborating across teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline events and client salons (monthly/periodic)
- Develop engaging event concepts, themes, and agendas to attract target audiences
- Drive user invitation and promotion strategies (community, partnerships, channels) to maximize attendance and engagement
- Manage end-to-end event operations (planning, vendors, logistics, on-site execution)
- Analyze event performance (attendance, engagement, feedback) and continuously optimize results
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and KOLs to expand reach
- Support and execute CSR/brand activities in Vietnam
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in event marketing / brand activation / campaign execution
- Proven experience in organizing offline events or client-facing activities
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Data-driven mindset with basic analysis and reporting capability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in cross-functional teams
Language Requirement (Must-have):
- Fluent in Vietnamese, Chinese, and English (spoken & written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network with KOLs, communities, or partners
- Experience in internet, finance, or related industries
- Exposure to CSR or brand campaigns
