Seller Growth Manager role is to drive targeted growth programs, analyze seller performance, and enhance seller engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve seller experience and boost sales through strategic initiatives and loyalty programs. Join us to make an impact!
Key Responsibilities
Seller Growth Strategy
- Segment sellers based on behavior and potential to design targeted growth strategies.
- Launch and manage revenue growth programs such as co-funded promotions, exposure packages, and category-specific campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to design seller activation and sales-boosting initiatives.
Sales & Performance Analytics
- Track seller performance through key metrics: GMV, fulfillment rate, top-selling SKUs, and cancellation rates.
- Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights to sellers.
- Recommend and implement growth action plans for underperforming or high-potential sellers.
Seller Development & Consultation
- Work directly with strategic sellers to advise on product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Encourage seller participation in seasonal or thematic campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
Seller Engagement & Retention
- Coordinate with Account Management and Seller Operations teams to ensure sellers receive proper support.
- Develop and manage seller loyalty programs to increase retention and long-term engagement.
Platform & Process Improvement
- Gather seller feedback to propose enhancements to the seller center, reporting dashboards, and selling tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, CS) to improve overall seller experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or trade marketing, ideally in a growth or partner-facing role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- Understanding of seller lifecycle and platform operations is a strong advantage.
