We are looking for an experienced Etsy Operation Executive to manage and operate the company's Etsy stores. You will be responsible for product listings, customer support, shop performance monitoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient store operations, compliance with Etsy policies, and an excellent customer experience.

• Manage and operate the company's Etsy stores.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
• Provide customer support and resolve issues on Etsy in English.
• Monitor shop performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay up to date with Etsy policies, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Design, Idea, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch new products and support daily store operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in POD, E-commerce, or Marketplace operations; Etsy experience is preferred.
• Strong English reading and writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers via chat and email.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 750+ (4 skills).
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
